Beyond Average Company B.V

With its "SMARTBEADS" brand, Beyond Average Company B.V was one of the first companies to introduce a pellet technology developed over many years for the multi-stage, time-controlled release of active ingredients in dietary supplements. This technology was sold to a major investor in 2019.

Our subsidiaries use self-developed software solutions, which are exclusively available to subsidiaries of Vitavolution International Holding GmbH, and create long-term possibilities, which are not feasible with common software solutions. Re-thinking contract manufacturing. As one of Germany's first fully digital contract manufacturers, Private Label Factory was able to capture significant market share in a very short time and is developing into one of the leading contract manufacturers in its field.

VIRE Ventures S.R.O

Originally founded in 1997, the company has evolved over the past decades into one of the most efficient and reliable producers of dietary supplements in the Czech Republic. In 2021, after handing over the core business to one of the parent companies, the former named Private Label Factory Europe S.R.O. was transformed into an investor community that has set itself the task of promoting start-ups from the Czech Republic and Germany. Since 2022 the company has been re-named VIRE Ventures S.R.O.
